The Israeli Customs Authority has published a new official production date of the FROB (Freight Remain On Board) manifest and it is now on November 17, 2013. The rule was originally to take effect on September 9, 2013.
After that date, shipping lies will be required to provide Customs with a manifest of all cargo which will remain on board the vessel while it is calling at an Israeli port.
