Shanghai Port handled 2.98 million TEUs in July, up 4.9% compared with 2.84 million TEUs for the same period in 2012, and up 8.0% over 2.76 million TEUs registered in the previous month.
In the first seven months, box throughput at the world's busiest container port totaled 19.31 million, up 3.2% compared with 18.71 million processed in the same period last year.
