The latest KOBC Container Composite Index (KCCI) stood at 4,591 points on Monday, up 1.89% from a week earlier, marking five consecutive weeks of growth, according to Korea Ocean Business Corp. (KOBC).
On the main lanes, the individual KCCIs were up 1.52% to 7,203 points to the U.S. West Coast, up 1.66% to 10,482 points to the U.S. East Coast, down 1.89% to 4,515 points to Europe, and down 2.77% to 5,273 points to the Mediterranean.
On the non-main lanes, the KCCIs were down 1.37% to 3,753 points to Southern Africa, down 0.31% to 5,111 points to West Africa, up 1.96% to 8,625 points to the Middle East, up 1.8% to 4,477 points to Australia, up 8.48% to 7,755 points to the east coast of Latin America, and up 8.27% to 6,653 points to the west coast of Latin America.
Within Asia, the KCCIs were up 0.51% to 1,181 points to Southeast Asia, unchanged at 56 points to China, and down 0.85% to 234 points to Japan.
