Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) lines have decided to postpone their planned general rate increase by two weeks to December. 15, 2012. Originally, it was to take effect on December 1, 2012.
The recommended increase remains unchanged at $400 per FEU to the U.S. West Coast and $600 per FEU to all other destinations.
