The Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement （IADA） has recommended its members to advance the October 1, 2012 rate restoration date to September 17, 2012 for all northbound exports into Japan irrespective of the trade terms of shipments to Japan.
There will be no changes to the Japan southbound rate restoration, effective October 1, 2012.
