The Medical Device Branch of the Singapore Health Sciences Authority has announced that TradeNet Control will be activated for Class A and B medical devices from January 1, 2012, and therefore effectively all classes of medical devices （Class A, B, C and D） will have import controls through TradeNet.
For the import declaration through TradeNet, the agency requires shippers to list correctly:
- Serial number
- Complete description
- HS Code
- Product Code
- Import license number
- Importer license number
- Quantity
