Westbound Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (WTSA) lines have announced they will increase on a voluntary basis their rates on reefer cargo by $300 per FEU, effective January 1, 2012. The rate hike plans to cover higher equipment and operating costs during the historically slow season, they said.
