Shanghai Pudong Airport Comprehensive Bonded Area officially started business operation on September 28.
The facility in the west of the Pudong Airport covers an area of 3.59 sq km, which should promote the development of air transport, industries that rely on air, as well as bonded logistics and processing. Since June this year, the bonded area has been operational on an experimental basis.
