China's Dalian Port (PDA) Co. which operates oil and container terminals at northeast China’s Dalian port has announced on Monday that all terminals at Xingang area and Dayaowan area have resumed operations except for the crude oil terminal of the company after a pipeline explosion on last Friday caused an oil spill across the sea. However, the terminal operation was temporarily closed due to strong wind and the cleanup of the channel on Tuesday. Due to shipping lines' diversion or a change in the rotation, shippers might face cargo delays.

While the ground operations at Dalian Port's crude oil terminal have been resumed, the vessel loading and unloading operations have yet to be resumed.

The work organized by the relevant government authorities to clean the oil spill on the sea is under full swing. The authorities aim to finish the work before July 24.
