Container throughput at the Port of Vancouver fell 4% year on year to 704,387 TEUs in the first three months of the year. Loaded containers declined 3% from a year earlier to 619,148 TEUs, accounting 87.9% of the total.
Inbound loaded containers fell 9% on year to 352,384 TEUs while outbound loaded boxes rose 5% to 266,764 TEUs.
