Korean Customs Delays Advance Manifest System Again
The Korea Customs Service （KCS） has postponed again the implementation of new requirements of the Korea Advance Manifest System （KAMS） （Korean version ''24-hour rule''） to April 1 for export ocean cargo and air cargo being carried into and out of the country, and to June 1 for import of ocean cargo.
KAMS was to come into force on January 1 for ocean exports and air cargo.
