Under the recent Circular No 31/2015/TT-BTTTT issued by Vietnam's Ministry of Information and Communications, the import of used information technology (IT) products will be prohibited from December 15. The ban will also apply to used laptops, tablets and mobile phones, speakers, flash disk drives, digital cameras, liquid-crystal display and light emitting diode screens as well as components and accessories of these products.
