Container shipping lines in the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) are recommending $600 per 40-foot container (FEU) rate increases on September 1, 2015.
They implemented $600 per 40-foot container (FEU) rate increases on June 1 and July 1 and also plans the equivalent rate hike on August 1, as well as a peak season surcharge (PSS) of $400 per FEU, to take effect on August 15.
